Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and support servers in Insurance and Banking sector environments, ensuring high availability and security.
• Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of server, system, and network-related issues.
• Create and maintain configuration and log files for all servers and identify errors proactively.
• Manage and support different types of servers, including rack, blade, and tower servers.
• Configure and install routers and switches to ensure reliable network connectivity.
• Perform network cable installation, labeling, and maintenance.
• Support and maintain line printers connected to servers.
