Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and support data center infrastructure (servers, racks, cabling, power, cooling).
• Perform network operations support, including basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, switches, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to incidents, alerts, and service tickets in a 24×7 operations environment.
• Conduct routine data center checks, equipment health monitoring, and escalation when required.
