Vacancy: Data Center Network Lead
Reporting to: Infrastructure Development Manager
Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Description:
Operational Oversight and Support:
• Assist the Operation Manager in managing day-to day operations.
• Provide technical support on new project initiatives.
• Verify all escalated data centre tickets are followed up to resolution.
• Ensure policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), safety rules and regulations is well followed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Capacity Planning and Efficiency:
• Responsible for capacity planning to ensure underlying infrastructure meets new project requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of power and cooling to ensure cost-effective data centre operation.
• Analyze the data centre environment, identify areas of improvement, and present recommendations to management.
