Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support data center operations to ensure uptime and availability
Perform routine checks, incident response, and escalation
Support network, server, and infrastructure operations
Troubleshoot basic hardware, network, and system issues
Follow SOPs and comply with data center operational standards
Mandatory Requirement:
Hands-on data center experience is required
Preferred Skills:
Data center operations / NOC experience
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, switches, cabling)
Familiar with monitoring tools and incident ticketing systems
Willing to work shifts in a mission-critical environment
