Job Description

CBRE Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Facility Technician to support the daily operation of data center systems. You will monitor HVAC equipment, cooling towers, chillers, and other cooling assets, and perform routine inspections of mechanical and electrical facilities.

Coordinate with vendors for basic maintenance, monitor temperature and environmental conditions, and report abnormalities promptly. You will follow SOPs, safety procedures, and maintenance schedules, and assist the team with ad-hoc
