TMC Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles across the United States from our on-site Mexico City office. You will source, screen, and assess candidates, build pipelines for Commissioning and Data Center roles, and collaborate with U.S.

stakeholders to forecast hiring needs. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of technical recruitment experience, advanced English, and strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other TA tools.
