Responsibilities
Your role sounds crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of data centers.
Understanding IDC Infrastructure
- Demonstrate clear comprehension of IDC infrastructure, including power environment variables such as air conditioning, power supply, temperature, and humidity.
- Proficient in interpreting and analyzing equipment data to identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with operations engineers to effectively track and manage on-site issues.
Server and Network Equipment Management
- Proficient in troubleshooting, maintaining, and replacing servers (e.g., DELL, HP, IBM) and network equipment.
- Ability to complete on-site fiber optic and cable connections related to network equipment, under the guidance of network engineers.
