What You'll Do:

• Tech Hero : Provide expert on-site support for enterprise clients in Kuala Lumpur or Cyberjaya, ensuring smooth system operations.
• Expert Guidance : Offer advice on Exabytes' products and services.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve : Diagnose errors in hosting services (Windows & Linux) and backup solutions (Acronis, Veeam, R1soft).
• Server Monitoring : Continuously monitor and optimise server performance.
• Client Support : Address inquiries and technical issues via helpdesk and phone.
• Routine Maintenance : Perform weekly and monthly maintenance to ensure system security and health.
