As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will:
  • Be comfortable championing a zero?incident culture, enforcing compliance standards, and leading investigations to improve safety practices.
  • Be comfortable developing and managing installation strategies, schedules, and logistics to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Be comfortable acting as a subject matter expert for cabling and fiber systems, ensuring adherence to industry codes and customer requirements.
  • Be comfortable leading large technician crews, overseeing recruitment and training, and mentoring staff to raise performance standards.
