Data Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support
  data center operations
  to ensure uptime and availability
• Perform
  routine checks, incident response, and escalation
• Support network, server, and infrastructure operations
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, network, and system issues
• Follow SOPs and comply with data center operational standards

Mandatory Requirement:

• Hands-on data center experience is required

Preferred Skills:

• Data center operations / NOC experience
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, switches, cabling)
• Familiar with monitoring tools and incident ticketing systems
• Willing to work shifts in a
  mission-critical environment
