This role supports the day-to-day reliability and availability of enterprise IT infrastructure across data center and customer environments. The position involves hands-on technical work, operational coordination, and continuous improvement of support processes.

• Observe and analyze infrastructure performance, identifying irregular system behavior and triggering escalation when needed
• Deliver first-line and second-line technical assistance for compute, network, and connectivity issues across CPU and GPU systems
