Data Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / Business Analyst
to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, primarily focusing on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Data Pipeline & Reporting:

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, ensuring the accurate and timely availability of data for all reporting and analytics requirements.
• Partner with data analytics teams to gather and integrate data from multiple source systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, supply chain systems).
• Develop and maintain automated Power BI dashboards to provide business stakeholders with actionable insights into key trends such as cycle planning, sales performance, and demand forecasting.
