RFNOW is seeking a Data & BI Reporting Analyst with strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning disorganized or siloed data into actionable insights, automating repetitive tasks, and building integrations across tools, systems, and teams. The successful candidate will work hands-on with Excel, Power BI, and various system integrations to streamline reporting, support cross-departmental data needs, and contribute to the development of our internal data warehouse. They will also support geospatial reporting and analysis using ArcGIS/ArcGIS Online to help inform operational and planning decisions. They will be responsible for delivering clean, professional Power BI reports and analytics that inform decision-making at both the management and stakeholder levels. A strong sense of initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning will be key to success in this role.
