Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Asset Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for governing our marketing data assets, optimizing metadata, and enhancing our operational infrastructure. You will play a key part in improving internal processes by documenting workflows, developing knowledge repositories, and implementing tools to support team efficiency and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize metadata for marketing data assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Document and refine marketing workflows and processes to drive operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge management repository (e.g., Share Point, corporate wiki) and SOP materials.
Support the team with workflow management using tools such as Share Point Lists, Power Automate / Flows , and Microsoft Forms.
Assist in the development and maintenance of Share Point sites for team collaboration and asset storage.
