Data Analytics Specialist (Telco Network Operations)

Role Summary

We are looking for a candidate who is excited, passionate and eager to make a difference. This position will be under CelcomDigi Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) Department’s and Technology Division’s. You will assume the role of a Data Analytic Specialist in the Network Operations section and play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and business strategy. You will be working closely with various teams to analyze data and turn data into information & insights which will be used by fellow engineers, managers to make decisions.
