What you’ll be doing
Develop self-serve analytics that underpin the Plusnet roadmap, enabling business stakeholders to make data driven decisions. Design, implement, and analyse experimentation frameworks, including A/B and multivariate testing, to evaluate product, marketing, and customer initiatives. Deliver regulatory analytics - ensuring robust methodology, governance standards, and clear documentation to support compliance. Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insight narratives that influence business decisions and drive measurable outcomes. Apply advanced SQL and Python techniques to extract, transform, and analyse large, complex datasets across multiple data sources and platforms. Proactively look for new ways to interpret data and new analytics techniques.
