Overview of the role

The Data & Analytics Lead is responsible for developing and executing the data and AI enablement strategy for Al-Futtaim Financial Services (AFF), Hertz and international businesses, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall digital transformation roadmap. The role will lead the design and delivery of the Fully AI enabled data and analytics platform, oversee analytics delivery and build internal AI capability to support automation, decision intelligence and customer insights. This is a hands‑on leadership role bridging business, technology and AI innovation focused on creating a unified, governed, and scalable data ecosystem that enables product‑level profitability, portfolio insights and operational excellence.
