What You'll Do

Customer & Product Collaboration

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to evaluate enhancements and new feature opportunities.
  • Validate product features with customers and participate in walk‑throughs during development.
  • Work closely with customer teams to ensure delivered features are intuitive and user‑friendly.

Data Engineering & Analytics

  • Design and write queries to extract data for dashboards, reports, and decision‑support tools.
  • Develop automation solutions and integrate data pipelines and processes.
  • Identify appropriate data sources, reporting metrics, and analytical tools based on business needs.
