AP Cargo is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Analyst / Data Encoder to support our logistics operations through accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, assist in operational tracking, and contribute to efficient decision-making within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode, update, and maintain logistics and operational data with high accuracy
• Analyze data and generate reports to support daily operations and management decisions
• Ensure completeness and correctness of records, including shipment and transaction data
• Use advanced Excel functions to organize, validate, and analyze datasets
• Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
