Data Analyst

Collaborating with the Director, Data Design and the Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) Business Support teams, the Data Analyst (Retirement) will play a key role in supporting critical data initiatives and advancing data quality across GWAM and its business partners within the Retirement segment. This position supports the management and continuous improvement of the EDL, ensuring data is available, reliable, consistent, accessible, secure, and timely covering plan and product details as well as participant data. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data issues, support strategic business initiatives, enhance operational processes, and contribute to data governance and analytics capabilities across the organization.
