Job Description
We're hiring a Data Analyst who'll work at the intersection of data and AI tooling. You won't just pull numbers — you'll build the systems that pull them automatically.
This is a Claude Code-heavy role. You'll use AI to write Python, connect MCPs, automate reporting, and build dashboards that run themselves. If you've never heard of MCPs, that's fine — but you need to be the kind of person who'd Google it right now.
What You'll Do
Build Reporting & Automation
Write Python scripts (with Claude Code) to extract, transform, and visualize data
Set up and manage MCPs to connect data sources
Automate recurring reports so no one has to ask for them twice
Analyze & Surface Insights
Turn messy data into clear recommendations
Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and dashboards
Identify patterns and flag what matters
Improve How We Work
Document and standardize data processes
Experiment with new tools and integrations
