Data Analyst

We're hiring a Data Analyst who'll work at the intersection of data and AI tooling. You won't just pull numbers — you'll build the systems that pull them automatically.

This is a Claude Code-heavy role. You'll use AI to write Python, connect MCPs, automate reporting, and build dashboards that run themselves. If you've never heard of MCPs, that's fine — but you need to be the kind of person who'd Google it right now.

What You'll Do

Build Reporting & Automation

• Write Python scripts (with Claude Code) to extract, transform, and visualize data
• Set up and manage MCPs to connect data sources
• Automate recurring reports so no one has to ask for them twice

Analyze & Surface Insights

• Turn messy data into clear recommendations
• Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and dashboards
• Identify patterns and flag what matters
