Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support fast-paced AI-driven initiatives, such as digital assistants, voice bots and other next-gen support tools. These roles combine a strong foundation in Data Analytics (70%) with an affinity for Data Science (30%) and will help in defining success metrics, improving data quality, reporting, and generating insights that influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings a deep curiosity for user behavior, proficiency in product analytics , and a customer-first mindset that drives actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customer journey tracking mechanisms.
• Extract, prepare, and explore data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, possibly by joining several data sources.
• Design dashboards in Tableau for structured or ad-hoc visualizations.
