- Analyze property and rental market trends, absorption rates, competitive landscapes, and emerging real estate trends
- Support evaluation of property investments, market risks, and growth opportunities
- Monitor changes in real estate laws, taxation, and industry practices affecting the market
- Contribute to economic and market reports related to employment, population growth, and other sector drivers
