Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to work with our telco data to support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has experience working with telco datasets such as CDRs and subscriber data, and can translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large telecommunications datasets including Call Detail Records (CDRs), usage data, billing data, and network KPIs
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor network performance, service quality, customer behavior
Identify patterns and anomalies in traffic, latency, drops, throughput, and usage
Support customer segmentation, campaign performance measurement
Automate recurring reports and data pipelines to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Perform data validation and ensure consistency across multiple telco data sources
Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
