Data Analyst

The Data Analyst (Sales) operates within a framework of specific directives, policies, guidelines, and procedures, providing crucial support to the org divisions. This role is integral in assisting with a variety of tasks that are essential for the successful implementation of the customer service process, particularly for customers with contracted capacities of 500 kW and above, including conglomerate accounts and National Government Agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage, consolidate, and validate sales and operational data
• Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and management reports
• Support leadership through structured analytics and insights
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with internal and external groups, and other enterprise systems
• Assist in coordination, documentation, and collaboration efforts across teams
• Perform administrative support functions in a structured, organized, and systematic manner
