Data Analyst (Operations)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the OPS Tech team and enable consistent, audit-ready analytics across operational and control processes. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and technology operations: from building reliable datasets and defining metrics to developing dashboards that support monitoring, compliance, and decision‑making. You will work closely with TPM owners and the central data platform team to establish scalable, trustworthy data foundations across OPS Tech streams.

• Deliver datasets, metrics, and dashboards across OPS Tech streams for operational monitoring and audit readiness.
• Build and maintain data marts for key processes - reconciliation controls, disputes performance, portal usage, queue and SLA metrics.
