This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to track KPIs, improve data accuracy, and drive efficiency through analytics and automation.

What You'll Do

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards
  • Track key metrics including leads, conversions, enrollments, deposits, campaigns, and counselor performance
  • Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time
