3-4+ years' experience in data analysis or insights roles
Degree-level qualification with strong academic performance
Strong experience with large datasets and ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL, R, AWS, Tableau or equivalent tools
Experience in client-facing or consulting environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
