Job Description

The Role:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from healthcare services, consulting projects, and business operations.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance.
  • Identify trends and patterns and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop data-driven improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support research activities and prepare datasets and statistical reports.

Ideal Profile:

  • At least one year of relevant experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages ​​is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
