- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of Financial Advisors.
- Generate insights on case count, case size, and total annualized premium income (API).
- Identify top performers and underperformers to guide branch coaching strategies.
Recruitment Data Monitoring
- Track recruitment funnel data — from invitations, attendees, interviews, up to activation.
- Analyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
- Provide actionable insights to help the branch improve recruitment efficiency.
Branch Dashboard and Report Generation
- Create and update interactive dashboards and summary reports (Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) for the branch and unit managers.
- Ensure reports are visually clear, timely, and reflect accurate numbers for sales, manpower, and incentives.
