Data Analyst

This is a full-time Data Analyst role at office in Davao City, Davao del Sur. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive data analysis and financial reporting to support the company's strategic decision-making. The role comes with the benefit of fixed weekends off.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for investment sales, financings, joint ventures, and note sales.
• Prepare high-quality marketing materials, investment memoranda, and client presentations.
• Conduct market research and analyze financial and market data to support transaction strategies.
• Support due diligence processes by gathering, verifying, and analyzing financial and property information.
