About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Customer Experience Specialist
to join our growing AI team. This is a
renewable contract role
based
on-site at KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur
. In this role, you will review, annotate, and moderate both user-generated and AI-generated content, ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality to enhance AI performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and accurately transcribe short audio clips (approximately 2 minutes) from various sources, including podcasts, TV programs, and movies.
  • Capture spoken English content precisely, even when subtitles are unavailable.
  • Ensure high-quality transcriptions with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
