Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide First-level (L1) support for hardware (PCs, printers, POS terminals) and software (Office 365, internal banking apps).
- Setup & Deployment: Install and configure workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices for new employees.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN).
- Maintenance: Perform routine system updates and ensure antivirus software is active and up-to-date.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate log of all IT assets (laptops, monitors, licenses).
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and basic networking (TCP/IP).
- Personality: Patient and helpful; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
