What you'll be doing:

You'll turn data into meaningful insights that support smarter business decisions across Avon Malaysia. You'll work closely with different teams to understand their needs, transform complex information into clear stories, and present recommendations that influence strategic direction. You'll manage and improve dashboards, maintain data quality, and ensure stakeholders always have access to accurate and timely information.
