Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making across St Luke's ElderCare. The role will work closely with IT, operations, nursing homes, and HQ functions to develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, and improve data-driven decision-making. This role supports SLEC's digital transformation initiatives by ensuring data integrity, integration, and accessibility across systems. Responsibilities
