This role covers data capture, digitization, infrastructure maintenance, migration, integration, and quality control, ensuring that all data is accurate, secure, and readily available for business use.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Capture & Digitization

  • Primary Data Entry: Converting all incoming physical records, handwritten notes, and paper forms into structured digital formats.
  • Archiving: Scanning and indexing physical documents into the digital database to ensure a paperless workflow.
  • Transcription: Ensuring high-speed and high-accuracy entry of raw information into central tracking systems.
