Data Analyst for AML

Overview

Job Title: Data Analyst for AML
Location: Toronto, ON (4x onsite a week)
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: CAD$45 - $50/HR INC

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in Data Analysis, Data Quality Assessment, and compiling metadata for Data Lineage
• Ability to understand complex data relationships and write effective business-oriented reports
• Proficient in SQL and Python languages, JIRA, and Confluence
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Analytical, Curious and Self-starter
• Result oriented and problem solver

Nice To Have

• Good understanding of various payments protocols and message types like ACH, SWIFT, Fedwire
• Good understanding of vendor systems: Broadridge/BPSA, TSYS, Fenergo
• Prior working experience in Banking (CM, Wealth, and Credit Card), Financial Crimes / AML
• Basic understanding of Collibra, Ataccama ONE vendor too...
