Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and review alerts generated by various monitoring tools (e.g., Azure monitoring, ELK, Splunk etc.,).
- Follow existing available standard operating procedures (SOP) for alert management and response.
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of alerts to the appropriate teams (e.g., IT, security, engineering).
- Provide regular updates on ongoing incidents, including communication with stakeholders.
- Work closely with other teams to identify and mitigate recurring alert patterns.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize alerting systems and reduce false positives.
- Participate in root cause analysis and post-mortem meetings after major incidents.
- Assist in improving alert handling processes and workflows.
