Data Analyst (Dutch)

Lightcast is seeking detail-oriented, data-driven professionals with strong Dutch language skills to support the expansion of our global product features. In this role, you will help ensure we deliver accurate, high-quality data to our customers by analyzing multilingual outputs, improving classification performance, and supporting taxonomy translation and parser development.This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) independent contractor position for up to 6 months. This role is BYOD—Bring Your Own Device (laptop).

Major Responsibilities:

Analyze, evaluate, and improve the quality of multilingual text classifier outputs.

Partner with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine language-specific parsers.

Translate and validate taxonomy content such as Skills, Titles, and Occupations from English to Dutch (and/or Dutch to English as needed).
