As a Business Data Analyst or Specialist you will be responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within SCMHC
The position includes organizing data points, communicating between upper management and the IT department, and analyzing data to determine business needs
Become subject matter expert for the organization’s EMR/EHR (Credible Behavioral Health) and champions it’s adoption
Develops data solutions from multiple data sources / applications
Develops and manages data reporting for internal and external consumers
Daily, monthly, & quarterly uploads/ Submits data as required
Ensure data is secure via proper access controls
Provides EMR/HER assistance and support to end-users
Organizes, implements and manages new hire as well as ongoing training for EMR/HER
