Data Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with business stakeholders across departments to understand how they operate and figure out the right analytics approach for each
• Take ownership of analytics projects start to finish, gathering requirements, building and deploying the solution, and juggling priorities across multiple stakeholders at once
• Build and maintain reporting, semantic models, and Microsoft Fabric-based solutions, following established modeling and reporting standards
• Convert business questions into clean, reusable analytical frameworks and consistent data logic, documented for others to use
• Spot weak points in existing reports, models, and workflows, and fix them in ways that scale
• Push back on the status quo where it makes sense, using automation, process improvements, and AI tools to work smarter
