Our client has an opportunity available for a Data Analyst.
Requirements:
- Data analysis, advanced Excel and Cognos analytics skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalenting in a numerical or analytical field such as statistics, accounting and or computer science.
- 3 to 5 years in an analytical role such as Data analytics, BI and Consumer Insights.
Responsibility:
- Complete data extracts accurately and provide the data files for base campaigns as per CRM briefs across:
- Dial campaigns
- SMS campaigns
- DN match campaigns
- Support the CRM Brand Manager to UAT moving the outstanding email marketing campaigns.
- Provide Ad Hoc reporting as required.
- Support the A&I Manager focus on moving data into the warehouse and driving automation.
- Quarterly protocol reviews with BI and marketing.
