Overview

Proem Sports is a sportstech firm working with sport and live event organisations to drive commercial performance. We have built a customer data platform which unifies data from all fan touchpoints to provide in-depth analytics, a fan segmentation engine and marketing capabilities to deliver actionable insights along with engagement capabilities.

We are seeking a promising Data Analyst with engineering potential to join our growing team. This role leans more heavily toward data analysis while providing growth opportunities in data engineering. The ideal candidate is early in their career (1-2 years of experience) but demonstrates strong analytical thinking, SQL proficiency, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to extract meaningful insights from our customer data while gradually developing skills to support our data infrastructure.
