Data Analyst Associate

We are seeking a highly analytical, intellectually curious Data Analyst Associate to build the data engine behind our multi-channel e-commerce business.

You will provide data-based insights to drive brand sales and team growth.

This role is central to strategic decision-making and requires strong quantitative skills, fast learning ability, and a passion for solving problems with data.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Insights & Business Intelligence

• Conduct in-depth analysis across traffic, conversion, pricing, content, and assortment to identify growth levers.
• Provide actionable insights to guide EC operations, merchandising, paid marketing, and content strategy.
• Build frameworks to explain sales fluctuations (traffic shifts, product lifecycle, competitive moves, platform algorithm changes).

Dashboard Creation & Maintenance
