About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data quality, governance, and reporting initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources to create accurate and reliable Golden Lists that serve as the foundation for operational decision-making.

What you will do:

• Gather and consolidate data from various internal sources for analysis.
• Perform data cleaning to ensure high data quality, correcting anomalies and removing duplicate records.
• Develop and generate new Golden Lists from cleaned and validated datasets.
• Collaborate with GWFG-identified primary gatekeepers of the new lists.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Create clear reports and presentations for management-level audiences.
