Data Analyst
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support metrics and reporting for companies Digital Global Support.
We are planning to leverage AI/ML to aid in these service improvement decisions. Our centralized reporting platform, Digital Nervous System (DNS), is based on Microsoft Fabric and utilizes the capabilities to get, store, analyze, develop, and visualize data from ServiceNow and other enterprise sources to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update documentation for the Digital Nervous System (DNS) reporting platform
  • Design, build, and enhance reports and dashboards using single or multiple data sources
  • Create solutions to get, store, and visualize data from new sources
