Job Description

  • Experience of working with employee surveys and related tools and approaches

  • Strong track record in designing, producing and delivering impactful surveys.

  • Experience in using measurement, data, analytics and insight in relation to communication and engagement activity

  • Excellent analytics and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse audience

  • Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide recommendations

  • Strong Business Intelligence (BI) analysis background

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • PC literate

  • Proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies

  • Ability to present work quickly and accurately, under pressure and to deadline

  • Resilient and adaptable
