Responsibilities
- Pull and analyze customer performance data
- Create customer-facing presentations showcasing performance data and improvement opportunities
- Attend and take notes during customer quarterly business reviews
- Prepare meeting summaries to be sent to customers
- Assign and monitor follow up tasks from customer meetings
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
Required Education & Experience
- Proficient in English; both in verbal and written communications
- College or University student
- 4-5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Experience with Google Analytics is preferred
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
