Responsibilities

  • Pull and analyze customer performance data
  • Create customer-facing presentations showcasing performance data and improvement opportunities
  • Attend and take notes during customer quarterly business reviews
  • Prepare meeting summaries to be sent to customers
  • Assign and monitor follow up tasks from customer meetings
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail

Required Education & Experience

  • Proficient in English; both in verbal and written communications
  • College or University student
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Experience with Google Analytics is preferred
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
