Job Description
We're hiring a Data Alchemist.
This is not a traditional data analyst or ETL role.
We're building a horizontal data orchestration platform for highly regulated enterprises — the layer that sits across systems like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Oracle and turns messy, non-standard data into something AI can actually trust. The clients you will work with are all blue-chip Fortune 500 brands.
This role exists because dashboards and reports don't solve the hard problems. Foundations do.
We are looking for someone who enjoys digging into unfamiliar datasets, questioning assumptions, and understanding the underlying business logic behind the data—even when it's messy, inconsistent, or poorly documented.
Titles, degrees, and years of experience matter far less than curiosity, judgment, and the willingness to learn new domains from scratch.
